Life is a Learning Experience

And do you know what writing/recording this record has helped me learn? I’m probably the most competent member of my band. As I’m listening to Zack play, I’m realizing that he sucks. It was the same thing last week with Rian, and I never really listen to Jack play guitar, because I hate him. 

Anyway, as my fanbase is growing, and my band is getting bigger, I’m starting to realize that All Time Low is a one man show. Who writes the lyrics? Me. Who writes most of the music? Me. Who’s the prettiest? Me. Who used Rian’s toothbrush to brush his ballhair this morning? Me. But I share all of my accolades with those other douches, and I never tell a soul how cheated I feel. Except you, Diary. I love you.

Rian left for awhile, thank God. He can get so annoying. Maybe I’ll just kick him out of my band so that I can play drums. I couldn’t really do that though. Look at how much his life has improved since I let him hang out with me! I can’t just send him back now! I know what you’re thinking “Alex, you’re too nice. You should think about yourself every once in awhile.” Well, believe it or not, I think about myself. All the time. I’m doing it right now, in fact. I think that it would be good for me to let Rian stick around, if only so that I have someone to point to and say “well, at least people know my name!” Tumblr is confusing, but as sure as I am sexy, I will figure it out.Follow me.
